Wei Xuefeng was born in Longmu Town, Longchuan County, Guangdong Province. She graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.

She now works at Changhuyuan Primary School in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, as the principal of the school’s juvenile military academy, and as district Lecturer of the National Defense Education Lecturer Group. 

After nearly 30 years of teaching at the national, provincial, and local levels, her artistic attainments and education work complement each other. She is dedicated to her responsibilities in growing teacher ethics and meticulously building the school’s National Defense Education’s brand character, while also concentrating on delving into education and teaching.

Wei Xuefeng has achieved good results in the competitive education system and is an advanced worker in the ideological and moral construction of minors in Huizhou.
